Assam
In Assam there are three federations who are part of the AGC. They are namely, Manikanchan Block Mahasangha, Sonitpur, Jagoron Block Mahasangha, Dhenaji and Dharmajyoti Block Mahasangha, Dhubri. All three federations are Registered under the Societies Registration Act and work mostly with women and girls on GBV, child marriage, and all gender-based discrimination on rights and entitlements. Each federation has three Nari Adalats, one in each block, to provide direct support to survivors of violence against women and girls. They also work on economic self-reliance at both group and individual levels. All three federations are registered under the Societies Registration Act.

Manikanchan Block Mahasangh
The Manikanchan Block Mahasangha has now expanded its activities in Dhekiajuli and Borsola Blocks, and 30 villages are covered in each block.
Jagoron Block Mahasangha
The Federation registered under the Societies Registration Act works with 35 sanghas and 20 kishori sanghs in the Dhemaji district of Assam where the population are mostly indigenous.
Dharmajyoti Block Mahasangha
Dharmajyoti Block Mahasangha works with 62 sanghas and 20 kishori sanghas in the Dhubri district of Assam where majority of the population is Muslim or belong to OBC.
